My name is Kian, pronounced like the pepper, I am 18 years old and live in the USA. This blog is to help keep me motivated as well as others. I have struggled with body image issues, depression, and unhealthy eating. Some problems tumblr has caused and others it has helped. Although I use this blog to stay inspired I don't want anyone to criticize themselves for not being like the images I post. This is how I fell into depression. I encourage everyone to spend as much time outside and enjoying life. Heres to a new start: living healthy, being happy, and experiencing everyday without holding back.
