1200 does not have to be your ideal calorie intake! If all your food is healthy you can have as much as your body needs! And gaining just has to do with the amount of calories you burn during the day and how much you’re working out. :)

I am trying to figure this out myself. I just gained 6 pounds and it all went to my stomach and waist :( Right now I would suggest doing a lot of cardio and eating healthy. You can’t tell your body where to lose weight, but most people lose it from the stomach first. I’m doing insanity videos a few times a week and once it gets warm ill start riding my bike.
I wanna see how many there are that don’t.
